Shipping Policy

UK Delivery Rates

Delivery is free for orders over £50.

  • UK Standard Delivery (4-5 Working Days) – Free for orders over £50

  • UK Second Class Delivery (2-4 Working Days) – £3.95

  • UK First Class Delivery (1-3 Working Days) – £5.95

  • UK Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days, weekdays only) – £9.95

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. For express delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays. Orders received outside these hours will be processed the next working day. Express delivery orders received after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return & Exchange Policy

At MUSKEE, we strive to ensure all orders are processed correctly. However, if mistakes do occur, we are dedicated to resolving them promptly.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any unopened products to us. Please make sure the items are in their original, unopened condition and securely packaged for return. We offer full refunds or exchanges for sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note, we can only process refunds or replacements for damaged products upon receiving a video or photo proof of the damage.

To arrange a return, refund, or replacement:

  1. Email our Customer Care Team at info@muskee.com

  2. Please include the following information:

    • Name

    • Email Address

    • Order Number

    • Reason for Return

    • Indicate whether you would like a refund, exchange, or replacement.​

  3. Upon MUSKEE receiving an email for the return or exchange, a return delivery address will be emailed to you with instructions on where to send the order back and further details on how it will be processed. ​

Returns, exchanges, and replacements will be processed promptly upon receiving your items. We highly recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt when returning your items. Please be aware that we cannot reimburse the postage costs for returned goods.

Receiving a refund

When returning goods to customer services or in-store, refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order. The refund amount will correspond to the price paid at the time of purchase.
